Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy applies to all courses, seasonal walks and workshops.

Except:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • The Wild cocktail workshop or other private events (see below).
 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, please cancel your order by sending an e-mail to kroosinfo@gmail.com.

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the course, you can cancel your order and get a full refund.
  • If you cancel  0 – 23 hours before the start of the course, you don’t get a refund, unless there is a good reason (sickness etc.) 

Refunds

Refunds will be transferred to your bank account as soon as possible. 

Sale items

Items on sale will be refunded. You get the price you payed back. 

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order by sending an e-mail to kroosinfo@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the start of the course.

Private events

You can cancel your private event, like a Wild cocktail workshop:

  • If you cancel at least 14 days before the start of your private event you will get a full refund.
  • If you cancel 7-14 days before the start of your private event you will get a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of your private event you can’t get a refund. 

You can pay 25% before the start of your private event and 75% after.
