Foraging trip at sea

This unique foraging trip takes place at a beautiful permaculture community and gardens next to the beach. The Danish beaches, dunes and forests provide an amazing diversity in wild edible foods, so you can learn how to forage in various landscapes while enjoying good food, campfires and relaxing at the beach.

It is a 3-day foraging course, where we go from coastal foraging to foraging in forests and gardens. You learn how to make your own fishing gear from natural materials, how to recognize shelffish, ID plants, cook on campfire and forage for seaweeds.

You also meet like-minded people while sharing food and stories around the campfire. We enjoy nature at it’s best while camping for 2 nights during the course. You can either bring your own tent, sleep in your camper/caravan, or we provide you a tent for just €20,- extra.
