Birdwatching in the Biesbosch | Learning from Nature in Silence
Looking for a unique nature experience in the Biesbosch? During this birdwatching walk, you’ll explore one of the Netherlands’ most remarkable natural areas together with guide Puck. Think: reed beds, creeks, willow forests… and plenty of birds.
Puck grew up surrounded by nature and has been fascinated by birds, plants, and foraging from a young age. What started as flipping through nature guides in the backseat of the car has grown into a passion she now shares with others. Her mission? To help you slow down, observe, and truly listen.
As her grandmother once said: “If you are quiet, all you hear are the birds.”
And that is exactly what you will experience.
During this walk, you won’t just learn how to identify birds, but also how to see the landscape differently. You’ll discover tracks, sounds, and small details you might normally overlook.
This experience is perfect for nature lovers, beginners, and curious outdoor enthusiasts looking to escape the busyness of daily life.
