What is an herbal tonic?
Herbal tonics are believed to have healing properties and can be dated as far back as 4,000 years ago, as a practice that is thought to have originated under the realm of traditional Chinese medicine.

An example of a herbal tonic is birch sap from the birch tree, which has a disinfectant effect on the skin and contains a large amount of vitamin C, which we can use after the long, dark winter.
