Foraging, Fishing, and Cooking in the Swedish Wilderness
Wild food gathering is at the heart of this journey. You will learn how to safely identify edible plants, gain insight into seasonal cycles, and harvest from nature with respect and responsibility.
Fishing is included as an additional food source, demonstrating how wild food systems support and strengthen each other in symbiosis.
Each day we do a workshop and we prepare meals together over an open campfire. You will learn traditional outdoor cooking techniques while sharing food, stories, and time around the fire.
